The ATDC is the collective voice of the alcohol and other drugs sector in Tasmania.
Since 2001 the ATDC has both represented the sector to government as well as significantly contributed to the development of the sector itself.
We assist our members and Tasmanian alcohol and other drugs (AOD) sector employers through our role as advocate.
We assist AOD staff development through our program of skills development workshops conducted in partnership with TAFE and the University of Tasmania.
We conduct AOD Conferences in Tasmania, every two years, with national and international speakers presenting to Conference delegates from around Tasmania.
We conduct annual workforce surveys and stakeholder surveys to better inform us in our approach to government and to assist in the development of Tasmanian AOD policies.
