The Victorian Alcohol and Drug Association (VAADA) is proud to present the training package to accompany the popular and valuable resource, ‘Capacity Building and Change Management: A guide for services implementing dual diagnosis processes’.

.

The package, delivered as a one-day workshop, will assist agencies in developing solid foundations upon which to build or consolidate co-occurring capacity building and includes:

  • Building Co-occurring Capacity (Organisational & Individual)
  • Applying change management to your project plans
  • Working with funding bodies
  • Designing realistic plans

.

Primarily focussed on co-occurring substance use and mental illness capacity building, the principles of the training are applicable to all facets of organisational change in a diverse range of settings.
