Youth, Family and Community Connections (Part-time 0.5 FTE)
The TASS Tenancy Officer is a part-time (0.5 FTE) position, managing a portfolio of rental tenancies (currently 24) and administrating a range of housing management services available through TASS for young people, aged 13-20, and young parents, aged 15-20, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
The role requires previous experience working in a tenancy services role and the ability to perform physical duties. Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act is essential.

Remuneration for both positions is in accordance with of the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 commencing at Level 5. Salary sacrifice is available.
