The acquittal and evaluation forms for the Tasmanian Alcohol, Tobacco and other Drug Sector COVID-19 Recovery Grants are now ready for grant recipients to complete.
We ask that you complete both the acquittal and evaluation by 16 July 2021.
We will then collate responses and provide our report to Tasmanian Government (Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drug Directorate) and Primary Health Tasmania.
