Dear Members,
Notice is hereby given that the Alcohol, Tobacco and other Drugs Council (Tas) Inc.’s Annual General Meeting for 2021 will be held on Wednesday, 22 September from 10:00am in Campbell Town. Please RSVP by Wednesday, 15 September 2021.
The Honourable Jeremy Rockliff, Minister for Mental Health and Wellbeing will be in attendance for the AGM. He will launch the ATDC’s Lived Experience Advocate Service alongside some of the Lived Experience Advocates involved in this service. Minister Rockliff will remain for a period of time after the AGM concludes to engage with those in attendance.
Also note that this year we will be conducting an election for two elected-director positions on the ATDC’s Board of Governance. One nominated representative from each of the ATDC’s full voting members will receive voting instructions when the polling opens on Friday, 27 August 2021. Please keep an eye out for this email and note that to make your vote count you need to be a financial member of the ATDC. If you are yet to process your 2021-2022 membership payment, it would be appreciated if you could organise this as soon as possible.
