Coronavirus and ATDC event cancellations

Dear Members,

In response to the increasing precautions that are being undertaken in response to the Coronavirus, the ATDC has made the decision to cancel/reschedule two key events scheduled to be delivered in the coming weeks.

Annual ATDC Cross-sector Bus Tours (23/25/26 March). All participants and member organisations involved in the bus tours have been contacted. Consideration will be given to rescheduling the tours to later in the year.

ATDC 2020 Conference (25-26 May). Whilst a number of weeks away, we have taken the advice of EventSphere, the ATDC’s conference manager who has strongly recommended that the conference be rescheduled. This is due to the anticipated time that it will take for the virus to run its course, which is anticipated to take up to three months. We remain committed to ensuring that the conference is held in 2020 and we will make an announcement in the coming week regarding revised dates. In the meantime anyone who has registered for the conference or submitted abstracts will be contacted by EventSphere.
