Part Time | Hobart | SCHADS Level 5 (salary packaging available)
We are looking for an administrative professional, an organisational magician, a lover of process and a master of getting things done. Dare I say a ‘can-do’ organisational nerd who proudly lives and breathes ‘a place for everything and everything in its place!’
We hear you, and I need you.
We need you to keep us organised and focused on the work that we’re doing to represent and support the organisations and workers providing services to Tasmanians who may want help with their alcohol, tobacco or other drug use.
This role will suit someone who has experience working in a small team. Maybe you have provided executive support to a CEO, or administrative/finance duties at a busy not-for-profit or small business. The role will include standard accounts payable, document management and office management responsibilities. You will have an opportunity to establish and strengthen existing systems and processes, which will make your heart sing because you love getting things in order and knowing that everything is ‘under control’. If you enjoy being the first point of enquiry for the team and are keen to get involved in coordinating a variety of small projects, then you will like this role.

Want to chat with me? I can be contacted on 0438 347 056 during business hours.
To apply, in no more than one A4 page (plus a CV) tell me who you are and why you are the best person for the job and our team (no recruitment agencies please).
Send it to me, Jackie Hallam at ceo@atdc.org.au by 5pm, Friday 8th December 2023.
If you think you are the right person for this role, and you also have a lived experience of alcohol, tobacco or other drug use, I encourage you to apply.
