About the Presenter: Penny Chugg, the State Manager for The Salvation Army Tasmania, Alcohol and Other Drugs program and national AOD Project Manager. Penny is a Board Director of the Alcohol, Tobacco and other Drugs Council of Tasmania. For the ATDC’s first Frontline in Focus session, Penny presented on the privacy, legal and ethical considerations with taking case notes, including case-studies.
